is a curriculum approved teaching programme for use in secondary schools and stands for menstrual health and endometriosis.
was developed to raise awareness of endometriosis in young women addressing diagnostic delay, to improve quality of life and avoid potentially compromised fertility downstream and to secure better health outcomes for future generations of girls and women.
has a history dating back to the mid 1990s and was trialed and evaluated in Manawatu and expanded into Canterbury, Nelson, Marlborough. It is a unique, fun, highly accepted, age appropriate, professional programme, with schools now having an expectation it will be available for their students annually.

has had international exposure being a topic of interest at many conferences around the world because of the realisation that early recognition and management of endometriosis is essential for improved wellbeing.
