'Endometriosis - the brave face disease of women'
Managing the disease
The physical and emotional effects of endometriosis on a girl's or woman's life can be serious and far-reaching. It can be distressing to live with a chronic condition like endometriosis. Often, lifestyle is affected and this can impact on family, friends and colleagues, education and/or career.
Self-management disciplines which promote general good health and a sense of well-being are vitally important in managing the condition and giving symptomatic relief.
Natural therapies may help (seek expert advice).
