Vision

Endometriosis New Zealand is a national organisation focused on:

  • Creating awareness
  • Delivering education, information and support services and programmes
  • Collecting core research data and fostering research
    And is
  • An advocate for a multi-disciplinary holistic approach to the treatment of endometriosis
  • Integrated with health organisations and clinicians

Strategies

  • To represent all New Zealanders affected by endometriosis
  • To raise awareness and knowledge of endometriosis
  • To promote the benefits of early intervention and management
  • To identify and reduce barriers women and girls with endometriosis face including those with suggestive symptoms to ensure appropriate treatment and management can be accessed
  • To support and foster research
  • To promote multi-disciplinary holistic treatment best practice
  • To monitor and support services for endometriosis
  • To actively lobby the combined market involved with endometriosis, including the New Zealand Government for improved outcomes.
